Bonjour les Gastronomes,
Notre prochain Délice des Papilles aura lieu le 10 novembre chez BHACUS. Le dernier spot du restaurateur Eduardo Vagas.
Nous y dégusterons une cuisine fusion à mi-chemin entre les saveurs méditerranéennes et sud- américaines, le tout revisité avec créativité.

The Menu
Green Gazpacho - tomato salad, migas.

Prawn Canneloni - tomato confit, tapenade roll, hollandaise, salmon rose
( végétarien option change eggplant instead of prawn)

Choise your main :

Halibut Chorrillana - quinoa stew, onion-tomato compote.
or
Pork Cheeks - iberico pork, slow cooked , potato mash, sweet peppers, shallots.
or
Portobello al Josper - chimichurri, cauliflower puree, baby carrots, okra.

Dessert :
The sandwich - cacao macaroni cake, caramel sauce, moscatel ice cream.

Prix 300 RMB par personne, incluant un verre de vin, de bière, de soda, ou d’eau pétillante ainsi qu’un café ou un thé en fin de repas.
